Thanks to my friend Allie, I learned how to do brighter eyes and it was sooooo fun. I also added burnt edges (also "thanks" to Allie for that tip). Here is my before and after. Oh, and the link for the tips she gave. She is REALLY knowledgeable about Photoshop and an awesome photographer.

That looks so good! Can't wait to try it! So about how many pictures per shoot do you spend a lot of time in photoshop enhancing and things? Then do you still give everyone burned cds of all the pics? Do you put your littler watermark on them too? Just curious because I did a few shoots for family this summer, and know some girls in the ward are asking for family pics and things.

Hey, one more question. I just tried the eyes tips...so fun! But then I went to try the burnt edges the way you did it in the Thuernagles pic, and I can't find the directions. Were they posted in the original blog? Or do I need to go somewhere else for the directions?

Thanks!
Cassie

This is great. Seems a little complicated but I'll muddle my way through 'til I learn how. Thanks!

Once you know how the tricks work and are comfortable adjusting the settings you can just put everything into an action. Actions intimidated me forever. Not using them, but making my own. Now I do almost everything with them and it saves me like 80% of the time I spend on photos. Did I mention I'm in love with photoshop?
